Building The Field
The new face of evidence demands a commitment to transparency, sharing, and community.
We help organizations across three core areas that we believe represent the greatest unmet needs: evaluation, policy and procurement, and data and technology.
Whether you’re looking to better serve your customers or communities, improve interventions, make more effective investment choices, increase scientific understanding, or secure additional funding, we offer an array of solutions designed to support your objectives and meet you wherever you are in your evidence-building journey.
In addition, we believe that harnessing the power of data requires more than just having the right system, talent, and tools in place. It also requires that we engage the social sector, at large, in a conversation about evidence building that helps “build the field” by sharing knowledge and resources.
Direct services include helping organizations develop strategic evidence plans, talent solutions, and technical assistance for capacity building and implementation.
We leverage what we learn from our direct services to help build the field for evidence. Activities include sharing knowledge and resources, and strengthening communities of practice for evidence building.
Learn how we’ve engaged with organizations to help them with their evidence-building journeys.
Here’s a glimpse at just a few of these organizations and how we partnered with them to help build their evidence.
We partner with leaders who share our dissatisfaction with current systems for evidence, as well as our aspirations for using evidence to maximize outcomes. These practitioners and funders want to strengthen their – or their grantees’ – ability to build evidence of impact.
We work with organizations and communities across the country across a range of domains, including (but not limited to) early childhood, pre-K, and K-12 education, child welfare, post-secondary education, workforce development, adult education, and criminal and juvenile justice.
We are privileged to work with organizations committed to rigorous learning and evidence building. They’re the nonprofits, practitioners, and funders who believe in a better way to achieve impact, and understand that no matter how hard it might be to get there, owning their evidence is the key. They teach us and challenge us daily, and we are honored to support them on their evidence journeys.
